Shipping?
We have teamed up with Australia Post and are currently shipping anywhere in Australia including Tasmania.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
A fixed price for Standard Shipping is $10.00 and our express Post is $15. If you spend over $75.00 then shipping is free on Standard Shipping.
Shipping Time
Australia’s Parcel Post usually takes between 3 and 9 working days. We are based in Far Nth Qld so posting to the other side of Australia could take a couple of weeks.
For Express post please allow 1-5 business days for delivery.
There may be events out of our control that could delay your delivery, but we promise to process and post your order promptly.
Tracking My Order?
All packages receive an Australia Post tracking number which is emailed to you on the day your parcel is posted.

Lost/Stolen Items
If your parcel says it has been delivered but you have not physically received it, we have a few options.
- Firstly, we will contact Australia Post and get them to investigate your delivery.
- After investigation if Australia Post is at fault, we will re-ship you order and seek reimbursement from Australia post for the lost items.
- After investigation if Australia Post confirm that the parcel has been delivered and you still do not receive it, then it will be deemed as stolen. We are happy to re-ship the item to you, if we are out of stock then a similar replacement item will be offered. Refunds are not offered for Lost/Stolen goods.
