Subscriptions & Pre-Orders Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t wish to renew, you can cancel anytime before your next renewal date.
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you’re buying a product that is currently out of stock or coming soon.
Payment (either full or partial) may be taken at checkout. If full payment is taken, this confirms your pre-order and reserves your item for dispatch once it becomes available.
We’ll always display an estimated dispatch date at the time of purchase and will contact you if this changes.

You may cancel a pre-order any time before it has been fulfilled for a full refund.
If the order has already been fulfilled, you may request a return or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
If, for any reason, we’re unable to supply your pre-ordered item within a reasonable timeframe, you will be entitled to a full refund under Australian Consumer Law
